Loop Recorders

A loop recorder is a small device (about the size of a 5 pack of gum) that is inserted under the skin. Like the Holter Monitor it observes your heart activity over a longer period of time. The loop recorder can remain in place for months. It will allow the cardiologist to monitor your heart for irregular beats.
