Patient Advocacy

The Patient Advocacy Department Office serves as a liaison between patients and the hospital. If you would like to compliment a specific caregiver, staff member or your care team, the Office staff will be happy to relay that feedback.

All of our staff wants to ensure a positive patient care experience for our customers. Sometimes, we may fall short of a patient's and/or family's expectations. If you have a care or safety concern that cannot be resolved at the unit or department level, the Patient Advocacy Office is here to register your concern, and assist in its resolution. Registration of a complaint will not affect your care in any way.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm; excluding holidays. You can reach a representative at the Main Campus by dialing extension 87043 (or 978-788-7043). You may also dial "0" and ask the operator to connect you with the Patient Advocate.

For comments or concerns related to our Saints Campus, please dial extension 48203 or (978-934-8203). You may also dial 978-458-1411, and ask the operator to connect you with the Patient Advocate.

Administrative Nurse Supervisors are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 4:30pm-8:30am by dialing "0" and asking for a Nurse Administrator.
