About Connecting Conversations

In conjunction with National Healthcare Decisions Day, Lowell General created its Connecting Conversations program as a means for staff, patients, visitors and community members to discuss important healthcare topics.

About The Conversation Project

The Conversation Project strives to make it easier for people to initiate conversations about dying, and to encourage people to talk now and as often as necessary so that their wishes are known for the kind of care they want and don't want when the time comes.
