Meet our physicians and care teams, learn about labor and delivery and postpartum care, and hear from new moms about family-centered care at the Birthplace.

Let's Meditate: Going Within to Your Peaceful Space

This class is for anyone who wants to cultivate their inner-world and nourish their body, mind and spirit through the means of meditation. We will explore meditation through the means of Sound Journey using crystal Alchemy Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, and Tibetan Antique Gongs, as well as different styles of meditation such as simple mantra meditation and heart centered meditation. All levels of meditators from beginners to advanced are welcomed. Please bring an open mind and heart and your beloved self. 

Note: Some people like to sit in a chair and some may want to bring a yoga mat, cushion, pillows and wear comfortable clothes to lie on the floor. 

Wedesday, October 8th, 2014 from 6:00-8:00pm in the Clark Auditorium at Lowell General Hospital's Main Campus.
