Celiac Disease and a Gluten-Free Diet

Learn what celiac disease is and how you can still enjoy food with a gluten-free diet. We will provide you with a brief overview of celiac disease then provide you with tips and tricks of how to follow recommendations for a gluten-free diet by explaining what foods are allowable, which foods to avoid, and other wheat products.
