About the Presenter

Monica Morell, PhD, has blended a unique background of yoga, Psychology, holistic consulting, and work/family building consultative skills to assist those who seek some help with their life's journey toward parenthood.

Through her yoga practice and her life strategy coaching, Monica has helped many navigate through their life transitions. Monica's distinctive approach is holistically-centered. She focuses on natural, complementary approaches to stress, life transitions & medical conditions.

Monica Morell holds a PhD and MA in Psychology from Boston University, and a BA from Boston College.She has conducted research in the area of relationship satisfaction and management and has served on the faculty of various universities and colleges in the Greater-Boston area.

Monica has extensive experience in the area of Career/Family Building balance.

She has facilitated various workshops on family & work issues,situational leadership, performance management, respect in the workplace and has been featured on local news segments on both Work & Family and Fertility Yoga. She is the author of Does Yoga Really Help? and Relationship/Marital Satisfaction and is currently writing a handbook on Fertility Yoga. Monica lives in the Greater-Boston area, is an avid hiker and is a single parent to an amazing son who makes her laugh every day.
