PiYo is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that's fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It's about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability. 

In a nutshell, PiYo will rock your world! Once you try it, you'll find that PiYo is unlike any other format, and guess what? You'll LOVE it! Don't worry no previous experience is required. 

Mondays, from 5:30-6:30pm in the 1st Floor Conference Room at Lowell General Hospital's Saints Campus

About the Presenter

Rebecca Prevost

Becky is a middle school dance teacher by day and group exercise instructor by night. Doing both allows her to combine her love of middle schoolers with her love of fitness and being healthy, to help others improve their lives. She has been teaching Hip Hop Hustle (HHH) and Turbo Kick, at Lowell General Hospital for 2 years, and also teaches the same classes at Impact Cardio Club in Derry, NH. She recently became certified in BodyPump and the Bender Barre Method, and PiYo. In addition, she also holds an AFAA group exercise certification and is a BeachBody coach. She truly loves teaching fitness classes and looks forward to sweating, burning lots of calories, and laughing with her classes each week.
