In this class for created for teens ages 14-18, you will learn basic self-defense skills, warning signs of aggressive behavior and options about how to react.

About the Presenter
This class is presented by the Lowell General Hospital Security team. Trainers are certified in the following areas: CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Monadnock Defensive Tactics Systems, Management of Aggressive Behaviors and Rape Aggression Defense Systems.
