Open to both males and females

In this class created for teens ages 14-18, you will learn basic self-defense skills, warning signs of aggressive behavior and options about how to react.

Monadnock Defensive Tactics Systems (MDTS)

Management of Aggressive Behaviors (MOAB)

Rape Aggression Defense Systems (RAD)
