Programs and Services

At Your Workplace

We offer wellness resources, support groups, health screenings, innovative programs and more as part of our corporate wellness program in an effort to help organizations improve their employees’ health.

CPR and First Aid Certification

Having employees trained in CPR and first aid could help save the life of a fellow coworker or customer. At your office or at a partnering training facility, we can help coordinate a CPR and first aid training class that will teach your staff basic first aid, CPR and choking rescue procedures, as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Educational Tables

Let us provide you with the health information and resources to answer your employees’ health and wellness questions. Our team will come equipped with ready to help your employees learn new ways to improve their personal health.

Ergonomics Assessment

Our team will provide onsite ergonomic assessments, also referred to as workstation assessments. These assessments ensure that your employees’ workstations are ergonomically designed to minimize their risk of injury and maximize their productivity.

Flu Clinics

Our onsite flu clinics allow you to provide your employees protection from the flu while reducing the time commitment of going to a doctor's office or outside flu clinic. Our staff comes to your office with all the necessary supplies to provide your employees with their annual flu shot. There must be a minimum of 10 people.

Freedom from Smoking® Classes

This program, developed by the American Lung Association, provides guidance to those who need assistance in quitting smoking. We will come to your business to run the eight, one-hour classes with your staff. By offering this program onsite, you provide your employees with a familiar environment and the support of fellow co-workers to help them quit.

Health Fair Planning and Facilitation

A health fair is a great way to get your employees thinking about the various health topics that touch their lives. We plan and provide a professional, informative and interactive event that your employees will be excited to participate in. Our health screenings, informational tables and activities are sure to get your employees involved and engaged in their personal health.

Lunch and Learn Sessions

Our experienced and knowledgeable staff members are available come to your work place and conduct a 30-45 min presentation on a wide variety of health topics. From nutrition and heart health to ergonomics and chronic disease prevention education, each presentation allows an opportunity for your employees to interact with our staff and ask questions they may have. We customize our offerings based on your employees’ interests and feedback.

Lunchtime Fitness Classes

From chair yoga to low-impact strength training classes, a certified fitness instructor will come to your organization and conduct an onsite 45-minute workout session for your employees. We will work with the needs of your organization to find the most effective class offering for your employees.

Prevention Screenings

From body mass index (BMI) and cardiovascular risk screenings to blood pressure and ergonomics assessments, our staff will conduct onsite screenings as well as provide your employees with educational resources and information on what their results mean and how to improve them.

Support Groups

In addition to our onsite programs, we also offer your employees the ability to attend any of the Support Groups held at Lowell General Hospital. These groups are led by those trained in creating a safe environment to learn from others and share experiences so attendees can cope with an illness or move towards wellness.
