Discover Breast Health at Lowell General Hospital
There are many ways to take control of your good health and breast care is an important part of that. Monthly breast self exams, annual visits to your doctor for a breast exam and mammograms are a 1-2-3 approach to detecting abnormalities early.
Lowell General Hospital is recognized by the American College of Radiology as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. Meeting the highest standards, we provide all aspects of breast imaging - mammography, breast ultrasound, and stereotactic biopsy, in addition to breast MRI.
Lowell General Hospital has recently been recognized as a Certified
Participant of the National Quality Measures for Breast Centers Program
(NQMBC™). This distinguished honor represents a commitment by LGH's
breast center to provide the highest level of quality breast health care
