Patient Family Resource Center

The Cancer Center Patient Family Resource Center is available to patients, family members, staff and the Greater Lowell community. Our number one priority is to provide information to assist patients and families in making informed decisions regarding cancer care. The Patient Family Resource Center features:
  • A lending library with over 400 books and videos. Materials are reviewed and updated on an annual basis and follow strict guidelines through an advisory committee.
  • Access to the Internet
  • VCRs and DVD players available for onsite viewing use

The Patient Family Resource Center is open during regular Cancer Center hours, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and by appointment. It is located on first floor of the Cancer Center.

If additional assistance is needed, the Lowell General Hospital Staff Medical Librarian is a highly trained professional who can help you find what you are looking for when you can't get it on your own.
