Dr. Waters is a graduate of Tufts University and Tufts University School of Medicine. He did his residency and fellowship at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston. He is a specialist in Clinical Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Cardiac Pacing. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology.
