Hannah Rios

Radiology Department, Main Campus

"Hannah has a very warm and caring approach with all her patients, actively engaging them to make them feel more comfortable. She is very sincere and truly cares about the well-being of each and every patient," is how co-workers describe September's Star Performer of the Month, Hannah Rios.

Hannah began working at Lowell General in January 2012 as a patient transporter. When the Dahod Building opened at the main campus in August of 2012, Hannah took on a new role as Patient Service Aide in Radiology. The department was looking for a staff person to greet and monitor inpatients.

In this new role, Hannah has made it her very own and stamped it with her personality and sincerity. The nurses are thrilled to have Hannah as a member of the team and praise her initiative. She is proactive in every task she takes on and she works hard to make sure every patient that she encounters receives the Lowell General experience of Complete connected careSM.

Hannah is currently in school working toward her nursing assistant license. She hopes to pursue a career as an ultrasound tech. Hannah is very proud to work at Lowell General, saying "I've learned so much in the past year and continue to learn something new every day. I have met some amazing patients, co-workers and physicians. I am very excited for what the future holds for me here."

Hannah lives in Dracut and enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves going to the beach, traveling and doing anything outdoors.

Congratulations Hannah! You're a Star!
