Star Performer, Bob Sancartier The ‘unspoken leader' in General Stores, who sets the standard through his hard work and dedication" describes our June Star Performer of the month, Bob Sancartier.

As Materials Coordinator for the last two years, Bob is in charge of stocking the Emergency Room. He also services the Labor and Delivery and Endoscopy departments. Bob exemplifies his commitment to LGH and fellow employees each and every day, reflected by the many "Spotlight on You" cards he has received in the past few months. To serve his departments better, for example, he personally adjusted his hours to meet the needs of the nursing units.

Diane Regan, Director of Emergency Services, describes him as very organized and dedicated to his work. He shows his commitment by initiating meetings with the Emergency Room and Purchasing Departments to accommodate their needs. "Bob is very conscientious about getting back to me and fulfilling the job. He has done an exceptional job assimilating his new role in the Emergency Department," she says.

General Stores Manager Brian Horman says that Bob's positive attitude makes him a joy to work with. He goes above and beyond his job duties by taking on many new tasks in his department, without being asked to do so. He has a great personality that keeps everyone else in the department in high spirits.

Bob lives in Nashua with his wife Robin-Lynn. He enjoys traveling in New England, including exploring Vermont and taking trips to Hampton Beach.
