Patient Advocacy

The Patient Advocacy Department Office serves as a liaison between patients and the hospital. If you would like to compliment a specific caregiver, staff member or your care team, the Office staff will be happy to relay that feedback.

All of our staff wants to ensure a positive patient care experience for our customers. Sometimes, we may fall short of a patient's and/or the family's expectations. If you have a care or safety concern that cannot be resolved at the unit or department level, the Patient Advocacy Office is here to register your concern and assist in its resolution. Registration of a complaint will not affect your care in any way.

The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am-4:30pm excluding holidays. You can reach a representative by dialing extension 6458 (or 978-937-6458) or by dialing "0" and asking for the Patient Advocate. Administrative Nurse Supervisors are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 4:30pm-9:00am by dialing "0" and asking for a Nurse Administrator.
